At Hillview Fleurs we grow flowers with intention, guided by the rhythm of the seasons.

Our story

Welcome to Hillview Fleurs. We’re a small, family-run flower farm nestled in the foothills of the picturesque Dandenong Ranges in Belgrave.

I’m Emilie - the grower and dreamer behind Hillview Fleurs. My love of gardening began early, following closely behind my father as he worked in the garden, soaking up his knowledge and deep appreciation for nurturing plants. After his sudden passing in 2021, our family moved to the hills, where I began growing flowers in his honour. From that place of love and remembrance, Hillview Fleurs was born.

Today, with my husband and three children by my side, we grow cut flowers in rhythm with the seasons that thrive in our soil and reflect our unique local environment and micro-climate. We believe in keeping things simple and true to nature- no warehouses, no imports and no cold storage. Just seasonal field - grown flowers harvested by hand and shared at their freshest, most beautiful moment, ready to be enjoyed just as nature intended.
